Each subject is individual. I look over the reading material and syllabus prior to each class. Politics and philosophy require discussion and well as theoretical thought - I discuss questions and set texts with my students, recommending further reading at the end of the class. I review their essays and written work alongside this in order to broaden their understanding. Economics lessons take the form of working through questions together, however the student leads each session in order to advance their ability further.
In terms of admission guidance a similar approach is taken, however lessons take the form of worked interview questions and personal statement overviews.
