About Michel
A recent graduate of Chemical Engineering from UNAM and Industrial Engineering from ULA, I spent 12 years in high-performance artistic gymnastics. My most important achievements were being the national AA champion in 2016 and participating in the 2018 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, placing third. I participated in national championships since I was 14, placing among the top five in Mexico, and in the National University Games, placing third. I worked teaching artistic gymnastics at CONADE (National Council of Sports and Training) and Divertium. I am a judge of mandatory competitions at the national level, endorsed by the Mexican Gymnastics Federation.

I like to start with the children's strengths, first by doing a pre-test of strength, flexibility, and basic exercises. Once this is done, I plan workouts based on their level, always ensuring they are comfortable and have fun. I also take into account the exercises they would like to do and what parents would like their children to develop.
