About Elena
From a young age I practiced rhythmic gymnastics in Russia, participating in competitions at national level. With the arrival of the children I started to be interested in "how to do sport differently ...", inspired by many methods coming from different corners of the world, I obtained the Professional Certificate to be able to teach the gym to young children and share this happiness with parents.

My teaching method includes the method proposed by the French Gymnastics Federation, the Russian "Soft school" method, contact gym and yoga. Every day I pick up interesting things around the month to enrich my lessons and share them with my students. The exercises are not only physical but also full of meaning which I try to explain as I go.
