About Srimanti
I am a NET qualified Sociologist , I have been into sociological teaching and research both in Delhi and Kolkata since 2010. I focus at making learning fun so that retention is maximum. I have not only taught college and University students but also students appearing for IAS and other competitive examinations. Besides, I have also had experience of handling students from school. Hence all age groups have been taught by me and students have been benefited by learning in a way which doesn't focus on rote learning.

My teaching method is based on making the subject simple. I approach a topic by clarifying concepts, using everyday examples that students relate to in their regular life situations. I lay out the basic points of any topic, explain them as the flesh on the bones and help the students interact. I always try to make my classes interactive by the help of quizzes, written assessments and engaging discussion in class. I guarantee you will be able to automatically improve your attention span and confidence about the subject, making you satisfied about the final outcomes. At the end of the day you will score high marks without feeling the burden as you will develop a love for the subject, I assure you.
A typical course structure will be as per your syllabus requirement where we shall move from the basics to the more difficult parts together. The courses are targeted at Sociology students from different educational levels, especially focusing on the Higher levels of classes 11-12, graduation.
Being trained at the Department of Sociology, Delhi School of Economics, I have been engaged in both theoretical as well as practical on the field practice of the research methods. A Lecturer in a college, I teach students rather than only the subject, as per their individual requirements.
