About Fiza
Hello! I'm a dedicated and experienced Middle School Science teacher with over 12 years of teaching experience in American curriculum schools. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping students develop a strong understanding of science while building their confidence and curiosity about the world around them.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and I have taught students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. My experience includes planning engaging lessons, conducting hands-on investigations, preparing students for assessments, and supporting learners with different abilities through differentiated instruction.

My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student's learning style and pace. I focus on helping students understand concepts rather than memorize facts, making science meaningful and enjoyable.
My Teaching Methodology
Begin each lesson by reviewing prior knowledge and identifying any learning gaps.
Explain concepts using simple language, real-life examples, diagrams, videos, and interactive activities.
Encourage students to ask questions and participate actively throughout the lesson.
Check understanding regularly through quizzes, discussion, and practice questions.
Provide constructive feedback and additional practice to strengthen weak areas.
Prepare students for quizzes, tests, and exams using targeted revision strategies and exam-style questions.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although I can offer 45-minute or 90-minute sessions depending on the student's needs.
My lessons are ideal for:
