About Saira
I believe in professionalism and the salience of confidentiality. Students can speak about their weaknesses and strengths pertaining to their subjects without having to worry about those being exposed. My teaching experience of 20 years has given me the opportunity of knowing students from different backgrounds and countries and with different intellectual abilities. I have never judged them based on any of the above, but have always focused on each student’s special needs to make him or her understand my course effectively.

Passionate about teaching in my field of expertise (Political Science/International Relations), ethics, structure, methodology, organization, and problem-solving mechanisms. Love to speak out my mind and entertain a liberal environment for students to engage actively and participate effectively in discussions.
Interested in teaching students how to write assignments, term papers, and prepare for mid-term and final exams. Students learn how to conduct research and use them in their term papers.
Ultimate goal is to motivate students to work hard and in the right direction.
