My teaching method is to focus in technics and products rather than in recipes. And I teach how to combine different ingredients and products to create new dishes. I like to keep my students minds open so that they can experiment and find new flavors!

Perfect! Sessions with Ginella as fantastic! She understands the goals very well and tailors sessions to achieve them perfectly - with a big dose of fun and creativity. I would recommend Ginella to anyone who's interested in cranking up their culinary skills and raise their game in the kitchen!
