About Sid
With 12 years of experience as an ESL tutor, I am dedicated to helping high school and college students improve their English and succeed in their studies. I strongly believe that education can change lives, and I am committed to making learning a positive experience for every student.
I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles and challenges. I focus on making lessons clear, practical, and easy to understand so students can use English in real-life situations. One of the most important milestones in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English.
Many of my students have grown in confidence, improved their academic results, and developed strong communication skills. My classes are interactive and engaging, with a focus on real-life examples and regular practice. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning. My aim is to guide students, build their confidence, and help them achieve their goals.

I follow a student-focused ESL teaching methodology that combines interactive learning, practical application, and problem-solving. Real-life examples and case studies are central to my lessons, helping students understand how English is used in everyday conversations, workplaces, and academic contexts.
Motivation is a cornerstone of my teaching, and I create a supportive environment where students feel confident to participate actively and practice regularly. Problem-solving exercises, such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based activities, enhance fluency, critical thinking, and communication skills.
I maintain integrity by providing honest feedback and structured guidance. Flexibility is also essential, as I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style, level, and goals. Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing for well-rounded language development.
