About Evelina
I have been teaching yoga for 9 years and have taught hundreds of students both privately and in group classes. My experience ranges from beginners to more advanced practitioners, from the more dynamic styles of yoga to the most relaxing. I am also certified teaching Yoga for children from walking age to teenagers. My qualifications as a Thai Yoga Massage and a Reiki practitioner bring another level to my private teaching where through the power of applied stretches and energy work I help students open spaces in their body and stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic flow. I have keen interest in the chakra system and also teach Chakra yoga which helps stimulate and open the 7 major energy centres in the body. I tailor my classes to my student's needs and can also provide advice on food, cultivation of energy and positive self talk.

There are three options for our lessons - I can either travel to you, offer my space for the sessions or we can meet online. I teach in person in North & North West London, and I'm happy to travel a reasonable distance away from Mill Hill East which will add travel costs of £10. Alternatively, I can offer my space for our sessions or we can meet on Zoom. My classes are based on classical Hatha Yoga with varied degree of difficulty according to your particular needs. I tailor the sessions so that we can target the areas of the body that your body requires. With regards to physical postures, we can work on gaining strength, improving flexibility, achieving weight loss. In terms of mental health - I employ breathwork, chanting and meditation. For those with lower physical abilities I can offer chair yoga and the practice of mudras - hand gestures that help redirect the flow of energy in the body. I offer a free phone consultation where we can discuss your needs. I would encourage you to give me as much detail about your physical & mental condition, injuries and your specific needs with regards to the practice. After our consultation you can have a 30 min free trial class via Zoom so you can get a feel for my energy and the way I teach.

Perfect! Evelina is fantastic! She really works together with her clients and I have seen a remarkable difference already in my flexibility. She is an absolute pleasure as an instructor. I have had Evelina as out tutor for nearly a year now and I have always found her friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The lessons are always fun but with the right amount of challenge and whenever I want to concentrate on a certain element of practice Evelina always has a range of movements so it never seems to be repetitive

Details
You will receive a free initial consultation over the phone where we will discuss your needs, injuries and expectations. I also offer a 30 min free online class where we both will have the chance to feel each other's energy before we commit to regular classes. When one to one sessions are concerned I work mostly with female clients. I operate a no-tolerance policy towards inappropriate or indecent behaviour. Should there be any signs that can be interpreted as such behaviour, your appointment will be terminated immediately. Please book your session at least 72 hrs in advance. Classes or blocks of classes are paid at time of booking. You have the option to reschedule your class without any additional cost, but this can be done only once and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of your original booking. If you cancel within 72 hours of your booked session the full price of the original booking will be charged, and rescheduling will not be possible. If I am unable to conduct your pre-booked class, you have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund. For online yoga clients - in case of bad internet on either end the sessions will be rescheduled as agreed by both parties. Blocks of 4 classes must be used within 6 weeks from your first booked class. Blocks of 8 appointments - within 10 weeks from first appointment.
