About Elias
I’m a singing tutor with 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting, with voice as my primary focus. I love incorporating modern technology like DAWs, vocal processors, and studio microphones into my lessons. This helps students prepare for vocal looping, live electronic performance, and creating rich, layered vocal arrangements. My teaching covers genres such as R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian music. I focus on lyric interpretation, tone shaping, harmonies, and phrasing to help you bring songs to life with emotion and style. Whether you’re a hobbyist or an aspiring recording artist, my lessons are designed to meet you where you are. I believe that singing is storytelling, and I encourage creative expression both in the studio and on stage. Together, we’ll explore how technology and technique combine to make your voice unique. My teaching approach focuses on preparing singers thoroughly for auditions by covering every important aspect. We work on selecting the right repertoire that suits your voice and showcases your strengths. I also help you build strong stage presence so you can connect with your audience and judges. Managing performance anxiety is a key part of my lessons. I teach techniques to stay calm and focused under pressure. We practise performing in a safe and supportive environment until confidence becomes natural. I guide students through vocal warm-ups and exercises tailored to prepare them for the demands of auditions. I’m experienced in working with adult beginners and advanced teens, pushing them to reach their full potential. My lessons are practical, encouraging, and focused on real-world success. You’ll learn how to present yourself with poise and deliver your best performance every time. Together, we’ll build the skills and mindset needed to impress at auditions.
