Hello! I am Somya Dhariwal, a dedicated and passionate Yoga instructor. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga to help people achieve physical fitness, mental peace, and a balanced lifestyle. Yoga is not just exercise for me; it is a way of living that improves strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being. I love sharing my knowledge to guide students of all levels toward a healthier lifestyle through traditional Yoga postures and mindfulness practices.

About the lesson

My Yoga classes focus on a holistic approach that connects body, mind, and breath. I adapt each session according to the student's fitness level, age, and personal goals, whether it is for weight loss, flexibility, posture improvement, or stress relief. Each class includes guided Pranayama (breathing exercises), step-by-step Asana practice with proper alignment, and deep relaxation techniques. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and peaceful environment where you can build strength, improve overall health, and stay motivated in your daily wellness journey.
