About Aekansh
-I respect our professional art which helps to improve our body and mind coordination. but I see at that time......Yoga is just exercise practice not used for peace.... So, I decided I have to start that course and give proper knowledge about that..And people get back the path of adhytam.

-First, Why you choose my class? - My instruction level is very basic, which helps to improve our basic poses alignments and beginners should be able to do easily. -My first priority is ....strengthen your basics and sit in an asana for a long time. That is the real yoga....because the ultimate goal of yoga is to sit and focus on ourselves. Thanks all of that to read and suggest. Have a good day.
