About Harley
I’m a friendly, patient tutor specialising in Maths, English, Business Studies and Study Skills. I support learners of all ages, including those with dyslexia, dyscalculia and maths anxiety, helping them build confidence, strengthen core skills, develop effective study habits and make meaningful, long-term academic progress.

Over the past several years I’ve worked as a Study Coach, Lecturer and Specialist Tutor, supporting students both one-to-one and in small groups. A key part of my work has been helping learners with specific learning differences, including dyslexia, dyscalculia and maths anxiety. I understand how overwhelming certain subjects can feel, so I focus on breaking topics down clearly, building confidence step by step, and creating a calm, encouraging learning environment.
Alongside subject teaching, I specialise in developing strong study skills such as time management, planning, proofreading, revision strategies and academic writing. These skills often make the biggest difference to a student’s long-term success, and I tailor them to each learner’s needs and goals.
Whether you want to improve grades, prepare for exams, strengthen core skills or rebuild confidence, I’ll work with you to create sessions that are structured, supportive and genuinely enjoyable. My aim is to help you make real, lasting progress.
