I am a highly qualified, experienced educator who cares about his students and they know it. That is why they have always tried so hard to please themselves and me. I use scaffolding and thought provoking questioning to aid in learning. I demonstrate and also ask students demonstrate individually, on the whiteboard, on soft copy and in groups, I begin each lesson with a warm-up activity. I'm make sure the Students are aware and to track of their own progress. My students and I have always had a good time while we are learning.
