About Romy
I am a passionate flute teacher with over 7 years of experience teaching students from different academic and professional backgrounds. I teach school, college, and working professionals at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. My teaching method is simple, clear, and practical.
I begin with breathing exercises, tone development, and correct finger placement, then gradually introduce advanced techniques and musical expression. I also include music theory, rhythm exercises, scale patterns, and ear training to strengthen understanding. I customise lessons based on individual learning styles and goals.
I maintain clear communication and provide consistent feedback for improvement. My special skill is helping students achieve smooth finger coordination and confident sound production. My aim is to make flute learning meaningful, disciplined, and enjoyable for every student.

I adapt teaching techniques based on individual learning preferences, ensuring that explanations are clear and practical. Flexibility enables me to adjust lesson plans and repertoire to align with student interests and performance goals. Collaboration encourages active participation, allowing students to take responsibility for their practice and progress.
Positivity creates a safe environment where students can experiment and grow without fear of mistakes. Beyond flute instruction, I offer guidance in music theory basics, sight-reading, ear training, and rhythm development to support comprehensive musicianship.
