Hi, I’m Bozhidar Kostov, a passionate personal boxing coach I am boxing since little kid but mostly Experienced last 2 years the best version of myself of experience helping people of all skill levels reach their fitness and boxing goals. I specialise in [technique improvement, fight preparation, strength & conditioning, weight loss, or self-defence], tailoring each session to the individual. My mission is to make boxing not only a sport but also a path to confidence, discipline, and peak physical condition. I am a boxer with years of training experience and I offer private boxing and fitness sessions in London. My lessons are designed for beginners as well as more advanced students who want to improve technique, fitness, confidence, or learn self-defence. Sessions can take place outdoor or in boxing club at east London. I focus on boxing fundamentals, conditioning, strength and discipline, while keeping the training fun and motivating. Whether your goal is to get fit, lose weight, gain confidence or learn proper boxing skills, I will adapt the training to your personal needs.
