About Solomon
Hi, I'm Solomon. I'm a mentor, project management professional and content creator with a passion for helping people rebuild confidence, gain clarity and create meaningful change in their lives.
Throughout my career I've worked across project management, digital marketing, music production, events and content creation, while also building my own businesses and mentoring others. These experiences have shown me that lasting confidence isn't built through motivation alone it's built through taking consistent action and creating structure.
Alongside my professional experience, I hold a coaching certificate and I'm currently completing an Open University Coaching and Mentoring course to further develop my coaching practice.
I founded The Waymark House because I believe everyone deserves practical support during life's transitions. My goal is to provide honest, encouraging and actionable mentoring that helps people move forward with confidence, whether they're rebuilding after setbacks, changing careers or simply looking for greater purpose and direction.

Life doesn't always go to plan, but with the right structure and support it's possible to rebuild with confidence and purpose. My mentoring is designed to help you move forward through practical action rather than relying on motivation alone.
Whether you're navigating a career change, rebuilding after a difficult season, lacking confidence or trying to create more direction in life, every session is tailored to your goals. Together we'll identify what's holding you back, create a realistic plan and establish accountability so you leave each session knowing exactly what to do next.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and delivered online. Each session is focused on practical progress, with clear actions to complete between meetings so you can build confidence through consistent action and measurable results.
My mentoring is ideal for adults looking to build confidence, navigate career transitions, develop greater structure, strengthen a personal brand or rebuild after major life changes. While I have a particular passion for supporting men through life's challenges, I welcome anyone who is committed to personal growth and lasting change.
