About Marie
Hi, I’m Marie. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and PE teacher who was exposed to team games from a young age. This early experience helped develop my passion for sport and gave me a strong understanding of teamwork, discipline, athletic development and the importance of building confidence through physical activity.
I’m passionate about helping people of all ages become stronger, fitter and more confident. Whether you’re looking to improve your general fitness, develop your sporting performance, build strength and mobility, or support your child’s athletic development, I create sessions tailored to your individual goals.
Through my coaching experience, I understand that everyone learns and progresses differently. I aim to make every session challenging, enjoyable and purposeful, while creating a positive environment where you feel supported and motivated.
I have a particular passion for working with young athletes, helping them develop coordination, strength, fitness, movement skills and confidence in a safe and age-appropriate way. My goal is to help each person build a strong foundation, enjoy being active and reach their full potential.

Hi, I’m Marie. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and PE teacher with a passion for helping people become stronger, fitter and more confident through movement.
I love all sports and take a well-rounded approach to fitness, with sessions tailored to your individual goals. Whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, increase your overall fitness, prepare for a hybrid event such as HYROX, improve your performance in a specific sport, or are just starting out as a young athlete, I can help you create a plan that works for you.
I have a particular passion for young athlete development, helping children and teenagers develop strength, coordination, mobility, fitness and confidence in a safe and age-appropriate way. My aim is to help young athletes build a strong physical foundation that supports both their sporting performance and long-term health, whether they are new to sport or looking to take their performance to the next level.
Every session is designed to be challenging, enjoyable and purposeful, helping you make progress while developing a genuine love for being active.
