Alecia Jacobson helps women uncover their strength, claim their power, and discover their inner badass. A wife, mom, podcast host, and coach, she understands the many roles women juggle and brings that real-life perspective into her work. Alecia loves 90s rap, audiobooks, and learning anything that helps her better serve the women she works with.
She is a graduate of the UW–Madison Certified Professional Coach Program, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, has completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 Training, and was previously an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

With years of experience in the fitness industry and coaching women through real life challenges, I know that results don’t come from extreme plans but from a sustainable approach to strength training, nutrition, and accountability. My coaching focuses on helping women move better, get stronger, and stay consistent even with busy schedules.
