About Carl

I am a qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping adults build strength, mobility, fitness and healthier habits in a practical and sustainable way.

My coaching is especially suited to beginners, busy professionals and adults 40+ who want to improve their health but may feel unsure, unfit, time-poor or lacking confidence. I understand that starting exercise can feel overwhelming, so my approach is patient, structured and supportive.

Alongside my personal training experience, I also have a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology, which allows me to combine exercise coaching with practical nutrition and habit guidance. My focus is on simple, effective training methods that help you move better, get stronger, improve your fitness and build consistency without extreme diets or unrealistic routines.

Sessions are adapted to your current level, goals and lifestyle, so you can progress with confidence and build habits that last.

You do not need to be fit to start — the sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

My coaching approach is practical, supportive and tailored to your current fitness level, goals and confidence.

I focus on helping beginners and adults 40+ build strength, mobility, fitness and healthier habits without extreme diets or overly complicated training. Each session is designed around where you are starting from, whether your goal is weight loss, getting stronger, improving movement, returning to exercise, or feeling more confident.

My sessions usually include a mix of:

* strength training
* mobility and movement work
* fitness conditioning
* technique coaching
* simple nutrition and habit guidance
* goal setting and accountability

A typical lesson runs for 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs, fitness level and availability. Sessions can be done outdoors, at home, in a suitable training space, or online.

I am a qualified personal trainer with a background in food science and nutrition, which allows me to combine practical exercise coaching with simple, realistic nutrition support. My style is patient, clear and encouraging — especially for people who feel nervous, unfit, time-poor or unsure where to start.

My lessons are best suited for adults, beginners, busy professionals and people aged 40+ who want to improve strength, mobility, fitness, weight management and overall health in a sustainable way.
