I’m a certified Personal Trainer with over 3 years of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s improving athletic performance or changing body composition. As a passionate soccer player and coach, with a background as a volleyball player and marathon runner, I understand the dedication and strategy needed to reach sport-specific and general fitness goals. I’m a gym lover who enjoys working closely with clients, offering a supportive and motivating environment. My approach is committed and focused on results.
