My coaching approach is personalised, structured, and grounded in a science-based, holistic view of training. I tailor each programme to the individual, combining strength, endurance, mobility, and recovery to support long-term progress, performance, and overall wellbeing. I emphasise correct technique, consistency, and building sustainable habits.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, with flexibility depending on individual goals and experience.
I am a Sport and Exercise Science graduate with personal training experience, and I have competed at a high level nationally in middle-distance running. This allows me to bring both academic knowledge and real-world athletic experience into my coaching.
My coaching is suitable for all levels, from beginners looking to build confidence and routine, to more experienced individuals aiming to improve performance, strength, or endurance
