About Andy
Hi! I’m Andrea from Mexico. My fitness journey began years ago, but during the pandemic, I started sharing my workouts with friends. This grew into weekly challenges, eventually becoming monthly fitness programs that helped over 1,000 women reach their goals. I love empowering women through fitness, helping them feel strong and confident inside and out, just as it has done for me.
