About Chris
I am a master's student in sports science and have been active in performance-oriented sports for over 10 years, both as an athlete and as a supervisor for athletes with different goals. My experiences range from the physical basics for office heroes to my German record 24-hour swimming with 94.55km.
Whether endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, health, nutrition, sports theory for school sports, you can pursue any goal with me, whether we achieve it depends of course on you, because I can help you, but you have to do it it yourself.

Depending on what your goal looks like, we can use the entire range of sports methodology, from frontal lessons to a rough training plan, but also individual lessons are possible. One of my favorites in methodology is the extreme athlete Ross Edgley. However, individuality comes first for me, so just ask if something is still unclear.

Details
Of Course it really depends on your goals and how much I have to do for you. An easy plan for a balance to a desk job, I would charge around 100€ a month. Multible 1on1 lessons a week with a complicated goal will cost more. But we can talk about it in our first session ;)
