About Jérôme
Originally from Reunion Island, sport is an integral part of my life. After a Master in the commercial field I decided to do the job I have always dreamed of.
Today Personal Trainer I take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and experiences while continuing to learn more every day.
Fitness, soccer and running accompanied me for several years and still today. The questioning and the constant search for improvement allowed me to develop solid skills.

Graduated from a STAPS license (bac + 3 sports science) and currently in NASM training (National academy of sport medicine) I have been working as a personal trainer for over a year.
Newly arrived on Brussels I offer personal sessions adapted to the level of each.
With 20 years of experience in fitness and soccer I am able to support you while preserving your physical integrity and respecting the axes of progression.

Coach d’une extrême gentillesse et consciencieux. Il adapte ses séances aux niveaux de chacun et sait s’adapter à n’importe quelle situation. J’ai vraiment apprécié la recherche de progressivité.
