About Matthew
My name is Matthew. I have a Second Dan Belt in Kickboxing. I am a qualified Self-defense Instructor. I have trained for over 11 years and taught for 10. I have trained in Martial arts such as Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate, MMA, grappling, Judo, Krava maga ,K1 and Freestyle Kickboxing.
