About Kelvin Cristian
A LITTLE ABOUT ME My name is Kelvin Cristian Gabriel I am a Coach and athlete. Lover of fitness, bodybuilding but I was also a former federated soccer athlete in Spain. Today I dedicate myself to preparing athletes and people in which they want to improve their physique, taking advantage of all my experience of many years dedicated to knowing the world traveling and learn from different coaches of training and sports nutrition. It was a great success since I have been competing since June 2018 and from 22 athletes I had 4 places and then competing against 6 I had 3 places. Already in the year of 2019 my first and last championship was in June and I stayed SUB-CHAMPION in my size in Brazil (mens physique category and also classic physique) I have completed for 2 years the CAFD race for which I have it incomplete, but I decided pause it and come to Spain definitively in August 2019 to live. A few days ago I finally have my degree achieved in Spain I have trained in (Advanced sports nutrition expert and weight room monitor) with the company DELENA TRAINING remotely (a company in Malaga) I still have many plans to continue competing and some day to get to the top in this sport (being a professional athlete)

Both for weight loss, when I gain muscle mass, I use the weight training method combined with cardiovascular exercises.
