About Sabrina
I'm a Pilates instructor, Swedish gymnastics and Olit. I studied in postural gymnastics in Sweden and I also updated in Italy and Switzerland. I have taught in studios and gyms, but to follow my students in person one by one makes the work more effective and tailored. Everyone is different, showing only the exercises to do is not enough. Understanding the problems of each person and teaching them how to solve them is much more than a simple training. Too many people enroll in the gym and then they do not go there anymore, wasting time, money and motivation. With a personal trainer at home you do not lose lessons, you work on your needs and with your own time. The results are almost immediate and lasting.

My method is one-to-one, helping people to feel their body and to interpret the signals, even painful ones, that the body sends to us, helping us to avoid incorrect behavior. In addition, one learns to modulate breathing, to tone muscles and tissues with oxygenation.
