About Ellie
I have been into fitness my entire life and am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. I want to offer my services of training one to one with individuals who are looking to get fitter, gain more confidence, lose those extra pounds, or simply help you get through lockdown.
I am offering face-to-face sessions in a private, outdoor environment or via webcam.

Perfect! Ellie is absolutely amazing!
I’ve been having regular sessions with her for the last few weeks and really can’t recommend her highly enough. She clearly has a wealth of knowledge that she’s is passionate about sharing! She’s is extremely supportive and motivating!
Ellie has helped me gain strength and confidence with exercises I was initially quite fearful of due to previous injuries.
Over the last 5-10 years, I lost interest in exercise and sport but thanks to Ellie, I think I’m getting that back! Because a few weeks ago, coming home after a day at work meant an evening on the sofa not exercise! Thank you Ellie!View more reviews

Ellie gave tennis lessons to our teenage daughter, after being recommended by a friend. She was patient and encouraging. Great to have a female coach and to see the massive improvement in the serve and backhand. Following this I signed up for PT sessions as I was impressed with Ellie's explanations and obvious enthusiam. I cannot recommend her highly enough - didnt let me give up but was not condescending or a bully.
