About Gigi
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, sports and nutritional coach with more than 8 years of experience with a Specialization in Functional Training, Bootcamp, Cross Training, High Intensity and specific training for women. My workouts and methodology are focused on having a good time while you see the results you are looking for, my goal is to make a change in the way you see the exercise and that you want to stay active for you and for yourself, for when you see yourself in the Mirror you like what you see and do not fall into the stereotypes of how you should see yourself; but rather feel happy with yourself. This is not just about taking off a few pounds and now, this is a lifestyle, eat healthy and be active! It is loving you and taking care of yourself, so let´s make the change and have a good time on the way !!

Perfect! Llevo ya meses con Gigi y lo que me encanta es que todos los entrenamientos son diferentes, son fuertes y activos, lo que necesitaba, porque yo sola en mi casa ni ganas me daban de ir al gimnasio, pero entrenar al aire libre es lo mas. He visto resultados y estoy muy feliz conmigo misma
Perfect! Love Her !! killing workouts and having fun at the same time, great results, i recommend 3-4 times a week to see results faster, now we are training 4 times a week and its great, i have so much energy and i saw results just a month since we started a few months ago, baby steps as she says. xoxo

Este es mi tercer mes entrenando con Gigi. Al margen de que los resultados son muy evidentes a nivel de pérdida de peso y tonificación de mi cuerpo, en este corto periodo de tiempo me ha ayudado a cambiar hábitos alimenticios y a aprender mucho acerca de cómo cuidarme. Es muy profesional, siempre puntual , flexible en horarios. Rigurosa, motivadora, ordenada y exigente. La tienes presente estés o no con ella y eso es lo que da valor a un entrenador personal.
