¡Hi!
My name is Jose Luis, but everyone calls me "PEPO", let me tell you a little about myself, I am an industrial engineer, im Mexican, and all my life since my childhood to college, I was the chubby one, literally!
They called me a jock when we played soccer, not because I was good, but to cover the goal for being chubby, and I carried it like that way and i really thought that was the way life is going to be for me ... until hit college when I got tired of not looking the way I wanted to, of trying to rock those clothes that didn't fit me so i had to wear whatever fits me, going to pool parties and staying in my t-shirt next to the beverages, etc...until one day out of the nowhere i was in my house in my room and litterally told my self ¡STOP!I i grab a trash bag cut it out putting around my belly on! ...Yes, a NYLON trash bag (that happens when you have no direction but you really want to achieve something) and I set up on Britney Spears at the highest volume and started jumping around pretending to run in my room, I looked like a crazy person thats for sure, and I started to lose weight, and that's how it started, I lost 36 kilos, later on I wanted muscle mass and I took the step of going to the gym alone without knowing what a pulley or rowing was... seeing all the hot boys and hot girls there made me feel ashamed of what they would say about me (in the end nobody cares about you that much in the gym everyone is in their own world), then in 2015 i moved to SLC, got married, got divorced and got chubby a little cuz i was going through a bad depression, but i remember that kid dancing britney in his room with a nylon bag, and got the courage i needed and remember what i was made of! , sign in to the community college in Salt lake, got my certification as a trainer coach, and had to go back home ...Mexico, and here i am! that's why, I would love to be able to help people show you that it is possible! and if i could so you do! .
I didn't have someone to guide me and that's why I decided to offer my experience and my support! :)

I'm Pepo, a certified personal trainer, i got this certification while i was living in SLC through the Salt lake community college, and I'm here to help you achieve your goals. Whether you prefer to train at the gym or in the comfort of your home, I'll go to your house and we'll adapt your entire environment.
or if you are new to the area and the language is a problem or simply you just dont know where to start im here for ya!.
So you can take the first step. Believe me, I've been there . And if i was able to made it, so you do! I can adapt to your needs, whether it's to lose weight, achieve that body, or simply for health.
-Personalized training: I go to your gym and guide you through each session.
For those who prefer to train at home: If you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed going to the gym alone, I will come to your home so you can train in a comfortable and private environment.
-On line: we all experienced the Covid stage , where nothing was open but we wanted to hit the gym but we couldnt , so trust me i have plenty experience working out online .
-Specialized for beginners and overweight people: I understand that the first step is the hardest, and I will be by your side all the way lets do this!

Hola soy Leticia , recomiendo a pepo como tu entrenador personal , de entrada te da súper buena vibra y confianza además que almenos a mi me ayudó yendo conmigo al gym , la vdd soy súper penosa además que no sabía ni por donde comenzar , entrene con pepo por 6 meses y baje 10 kgs después de mi embarazo no sabía por donde comenzar y el en vdd me ayudó bastante así que lo recomiendo amplio !
