Ndlovu is a very patient, supportive trainer and a child. I'm her mother but she recommends me as her student when it comes to our lessons.

In 2021, I was overweight and struggled with back pain. But she helped even when I troubled her so much. I sometimes skipped lessons but she was really patient and gave me the easiest, actually the best training ever. This year I can see a lot of changes. No back pain, no overweight.

Ndlovu is my big sister and I've lived with her for 22 years. She has been active since at a younger age and didn't know that she'll turn up into a lady who treats exercise as a hobby.

She is a kind loving hearted person who doesn't give up so easily and cares a lot about her family. I remember this other year when I couldn't focus on my studies due to pressure and depression, but she kindly introduced yoga and meditation that relieved stress and helped me with my studies till I completed matric.
