About Ray
My name is Ray, and I started my workout journey on my own when I was in high school. Looking back, I really wish I had someone like the coach I’ve become today—someone who could give clear, direct guidance. It would have saved me so much time and kept me from going the long way. I’ve had the opportunity to work with two professional coaches, and I combine the knowledge I gained from them with my own expertise to create effective and personalised training programmes for my clients.

I design personalised fitness plans based on each individual's lifestyle, habits, work schedule, and activity level. Every programme is fully customised to ensure it’s realistic, effective, and sustainable for the client. I also place great importance on weekly check-ins to maintain close communication. This allows me to adjust the pace of progress and the intensity of the training based on how the client is feeling—physically and mentally. My approach focuses not only on results, but also on managing stress and building a positive training experience. I believe that fitness should adapt to your life, not the other way around. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength building, or just feeling better in your daily routine, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way—with a programme that fits you.
