About Stuart
I had many years working in IT Management leading Customer Support teams, developing very strong organisational skills.
But I wasn't passionate about printers and databases.
My Circuit Training Instructor pointed out that I had all the management and customer care skills, I just needed to learn the technical side of being a PT.
After 30 months of studying, case studies and exams, I set out on a new journey, free from the constraints of corporate life, with a new skill set.
And since 2009 I've been using all of those skills to great effect, while continuing to develop my knowledge of how to get the best from the human body!
My aim sounds very simple: I want to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
But because you're an individual with your own strengths, weaknesses, traits and challenges, working together will be as unique an experience for me as it will be for you.

I work with people of all backgrounds and fitness levels in the privacy of their homes.
I specialise in working with Cancer patients at all stages of their treatment.
My programmes are bespoke to the client and your specific needs and goals.
I have worked in the industry since 2009, largely working at clients' homes, away from the intimidation of a gym.
My sessions are generally 30 or 60 minutes, however for anyone working through Cancer treatment, timing is much more fluid and work around how much you feel you can put into a session.
I am qualified in the following areas:

Pre & Post Natal Exercise
Boxercise Advanced Skills & Personal Training
Circuit Training
Core Training
Sessions are suitable for anyone of any level of fitness aged 16 and over.
