My approach is: simplicity is key. Doing the basics right leads to results. Too many trainers try to look fancy, throw exercises at their clients with no real reason for that. I do things with meaning & purpose - without these 2 things, it doesn’t become personal training - it’s generic training. I am about keeping it personal, focusing on the client, as an individual, with needs - that I will 100% devote my time, knowledge & training to.

I use Luke to help me reach my fitness goals. Since working with Luke I’ve found him to be super flexible and very reliable. I would now consider Luke more than my PT and more of a good friend. I can’t to carry on this exciting fitness journey with one of the best!
