My name is Martin, I have professional experience in boxing and crossfit and I am the owner of "Martin Athletics".
In my courses I offer personal training for strength building, weight loss, nutritional advice and (fitness) boxing, as well as explosive training. With the Bootcamp Instructor A license, the Functional Trainer A license and the certificate for nutrition coaching, I have exactly the prerequisites so that you will achieve your goals 100%.
There is no age limit for my courses - any of them would like to develop further in terms of sport is very welcome.

Seitdem ich bei Martin trainiere, geht es mir mental und körperlich viel besser! Das Training macht sehr viel Spaß und ist absolut professionell, Martin erkennt Fehlerbilder sofort und konnte mir sehr gut erklären, wie ich mich bessern kann. Ich kann das Training bei Martin aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!
Martin ist ein sehr engagierter und zuverlässiger Trainer, der es mit seiner motivierten und professionellen Art schafft, Menschen dazu zu motivieren dass sie an ihren Fitness-Zielen dranbleiben und es Spaß macht! Ich kenne ihn persönlich und er hat mich zu meinem Ziel gebracht, an einem 10km Lauf teilzunehmen! Große Empfehlung!
