About Sunel
Health, fitness, and sport have been lifelong interests of mine.
My background includes cross country running, triathlon, duathlon, trail running, rugby, women’s cricket, hockey, and Hyrox - movement and performance have always been a big part of my life.
I’m constantly learning and questioning things rather than blindly following trends in the industry.
I care a lot about separating evidence from myths and oversimplified advice because there’s so much confusion in health and fitness, especially for women.
I’ve also overcome my own challenges with overtraining, recovery, and hormonal health, which gives me a much deeper understanding of how the female body responds to stress, training, nutrition, and lifestyle.
I genuinely enjoy helping people get strong, healthy, and confident again in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

Most women over 40 have already tried eating less, more cardio, fasting and low carb plans that don’t last.
I help women lose weight, get stronger, improve fitness, and feel better with training and nutrition that works with their hormones instead of against it.
I’ve got a BA in Sport Science, BA Honours in Psychology, CSCS certification, an advanced nutrition certification, with additional education focused specifically on women’s physiology and hormones.
My approach is individualised, holistic, and focused on long-term results and sustainability.
