About Leonard
I'm a guy with a strong connection to sports and the gym, where I've been training consistently for years. In the past, I also experienced a significant physical transformation journey undertaken entirely alone, which led me from overweight to a fit person and improved my lifestyle and discipline. This made me understand how crucial consistency and method are to achieving real results. Today, I try to convey this mentality to those I support, helping people improve their physique progressively, sustainably, and without shortcuts. I've also practiced combat sports such as competitive boxing and MMA for years.
