I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, with various different fields of success with current/previous clients. I strive my best to help you achieve your goals and achievements. With my PT diploma i also achieved certificated in other fields such as Life Coaching (which also helps with your mental health in order to achieve your goals).
Qualified youth dietitian,which helps the youth (children) with eating habits and designing a healthy meal plan for your child’s needs and growth.
I’ve also completed a further study on the importance of training during the pregancy period!
