Hi, I'm Sbongakonke, a motivated and hands-on person who loves fitness and helping others reach their goals. I believe training should be simple, realistic and enjoyable, not intimidating. I'm interested in personal training because I enjoy seeing people grow stronger, build confidence and stick to healthy habits. I'll support you at every step, whatever your starting point.

My personal training sessions are one-on-one and built around your goals, whether that's losing weight, building strength, or getting fitter. We start by looking at your current fitness level and what you want to achieve, then follow a simple, realistic plan. I keep sessions friendly, motivating and safe, with exercises you can do with or without equipment, and I adjust the intensity as you improve.
