About Rachel
Rachel is an accomplished yoga teacher, having trained in Kundalini Yoga over 10 years ago, she then spent time in India where she continued her journey into the meditative mind. Currently she is under the guidance of siddha master, Swami Nardanand Ji of Ujjain. Rachel's sessions are transformative and aim to provide the practitioner with tools to overcome the stresses of modern life.

Shakti Yoga is a deep yoga, meditation and relaxation practice. Incorporating elements from traditions such as kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, yoga Nidra and siddha yoga. Each session has three parts 1. Create a state of bodily awareness using breath work and postures 2. Meditation and stillness techniques 3. Deep relaxation.
