About Varsha
I am Varsha, a certified yoga teacher with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. I believe yoga is not just about performing difficult postures—it is about understanding your body, building strength and flexibility, improving mobility, breathing mindfully, and creating balance in everyday life.
I want to share my knowledge because I have experienced how powerful a consistent yoga practice can be and I want to make yoga approachable and meaningful for others. My aim is to guide each student according to their individual needs, comfort level, and goals, while creating a positive and encouraging environment where they can learn, grow, and feel confident in their practice.
