About Carlos
I am Carlos, a curious person and always eager to exceed my own expectations as a person, I am an ECEP physical trainer, professional graphic designer and hobby bartender.
A person with commitment who collects real information as much as possible and it tries through scientific evidence to verify that the things that are done are adequate to achieve better results.
