Pole sport is a sports discipline in which the championships are governed by a code, similar to that of rhythmic gymnastics, with execution judges and difficulties, in addition to having mandatory rules. Pole dance, on the other hand, combines movements typical of dance and gymnastics with acrobatic stunts, strength and flexibility. It is related to dance and in each routine the beauty of the movements on the bar is appreciated. Among the benefits that this sport offers, it is a great help to tone the body, have more strength, increase flexibility, work resistance, improve self-esteem and distract yourself from the routine. ”I have to constantly strive to meet my goals. Recomiendo 100% a Mire, es una instructora muy comprometida con sus clientes. En lo personal he estado entrenando con ella 3 semanas y nadie me ha dado seguimiento como el suyo !!! incluso en comer sanamente! Me encanta como lleva un archivo por persona te toma fotos a inicio del programa y vas viendo tu avance !!! Para mi era muy difícil hacer ejercicio pero la clase con ella me encanta, no es el típico instructor que solo te dice que hacer, literal trabaja lado a lado contigo jajajaja bueno es un decir !!! Pero me siento muy agradecida, además que ya baje 6 kilos en 3 semanas !!!
Empece hace una semana con Mire y me siento súper cómoda entrenando y se que obtendré un mejor resultado con su motivación.
