About Erinrose
I am an enthusiastic and thriving young teacher who is continually working towards developing the creative young minds within our education system. My dedication and drive towards student progression and development within everyday life is a key focus for myself when it comes to teaching. Being able to make a difference in a child’s life is the reason I strive to become the best educator that I can be.
Having a background in business and marketing, I use the skills I have attained and coincide them with my teaching strategies. I am proficient in using different technologies and utilise the resources I have been given to the best of my ability. In a forever developing world of technology, my ICT expertise stands strong in educating our children of today.
I have been extremely fortunate in the different schools I have worked with over the past year. Having worked in a paradigm trust setting I have gained great experience in developing my pedagogical knowledge and overall communication skills. The motivation and encouragement throughout the trust has pushed me to prevail in all areas of teaching. I carry each experience and skill learnt throughout my early years of teaching with great pride and will apply them within any setting I am placed.

As as trainee primary school teacher I have developed a range of teaching strategies that are used in my every day teaching. Having recently completed teacher training with Doug Lemov, my outlook on teaching has become a lot more clearer.
Lessons can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the subject being taught. I have an honours degree in business studies along with a post-graduate PGCE in Primary Education.
