About Shepherd
I taught Biology and Chemistry for 23 years to GCSE, AS/A level, BTEC and Access to Higher Education Diploma students, in High Schools, Sixth Form and Further Education colleges. I've been a Biology Cambridge examiner for GCSE and A level for 5 yrs and assessor and internal verifier for 10yrs. From student surveys, generally 90% of my students gain enough UCAS points to progress to university.

I am a PhD student at UCL studying A level and Vocational qualifications and preparation of students for university. With 23 yrs of teaching experience, I deliver very interactive lessons accommodating all learning styles using iPad Apps like virtual Lab, virtual classroom and presentation software like PowerPoint and Prezi.
