About Eryn
I have my PhD in Kinesiology, as well as my Master's and Bachelor's of Science in the field as well. I have taught at three major Universities and am currently teaching at a top tier Liberal Arts College. Student evaluations say that I am caring, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I have taught Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Human Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Physiology of Aging, and many other applied sciences. I am truly passionate about the incredible science of the human body!

I love using analogies and comparisons to teach material and believe a low stress environment and a warm smile are the best ways to help students learn! I like to prioritize student engagement and critical thought by asking guiding questions and letting the learner take charge of the learning process. I have done trainings in ADEI learning and teaching strategies, student-centered learning and know that any student is capable of being successful with the right support.
