About Shajoe
I have over 5 years experience working in international law. I have published in American, British and Caribbean journals, advised G7 governments on international legal matters, and supported human rights litigation before various international tribunals.
Currently, I am an ESRC-funded PhD candidate in Law at the School of Law, University of Warwick. I graduated with a LLM in National and Global Health Law at Georgetown Law in Washington, DC as a Bloomberg Philanthropies and Georgetown University Global Health Law Scholarship recipient. I also have a LLB with First Class honours from University of the West Indies (UWI), where I graduated among the top 5% of my cohort.
I have significant experience tutoring students, setting them up for success in their LLB and LLM courses at various universities in the US, UK, Caribbean and Middle East.
In addition, I was a quarter-finalist in the 2019 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition where I was ranked among the top 10% of best oralists. Recently, I convened the first Global Health Law moot court competition in Latin America and the Caribbean.

I can provide specific help on LLB and LLM modules at the student's request, including discussing sample questions and exam technique, reviewing practice answers written by students, and proving hands on guidance for longer projects, such as dissertations, research papers, and articles for publication. My expertise is in public international law, so I offer tuition in all areas of the discipline.
