Advocacy is the same all around the world - organise, persuade, mobilize. I engage student understanding by teaching polling research methods to further understand your audience, salesmanship in the trenches of issue advocacy, and comparing and contrasting different types of advocacy laboratories such as documentaries, movies, books and comparative civics from around western culture.
