My name is Stanzin Lhadol, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D in the Humanities and Social Science Department at IIT Delhi. I have privilege of knowing Dr. Kumud for the past six years, and I am pleased to express my gratitude for her invaluable guidance and mentorship.

From the initial stages of my Ph.D. proposal preparation, Dr. Kumud has been a major figure in shaping my academic journey. Her expertise in editing and her insightful advice on improving the proposal contributed to its overall quality. Dr. Kumud has an ability to guide students in formulating precise research questions and refining their language to effectively communicate complex ideas.

In preparation of my interview at IIT Delhi, she has generously dedicated her time to help me prepare for the interview. She provided her help in simulating interview scenarios, providing guidance on responding to questions which were crucial in boosting my confidence for the interview.
